Public Employees are an educated and very loyal group of people that share many common social and financial interests.  dPER Club was founded by individuals from the Private Sector who have a unique and deep understanding of the Public Sector.  dPER Club is very aware of the many socio/economic changes that are impacting the public servants in Massachusetts and we’ll continue to develop and introduce programs and services that will address their needs.
