Today, more than ever, our state and municipal workforce feels itself caught in a financial vice between the lack of wage growth since 1997 and the increased cost of health care benefits. Coupled with the normal stresses of inflation, many public employees and retirees are finding it increasingly difficult to make ends meet.
In order to combat with this dilemma, the Discounts for Public Employees and Retirees (dPER) Club was founded on the basic principle of providing access to discounts on high quality services and products to the public employees that serve our community. Our goal, along with Our Partners, is to provide dPER Club members with the most robust and tailored loyalty program available with the vision of becoming the instrument that not only helps make ends meet, but thrive.
